  • UPI/Online Payments: 1-3 business days
  • Credit Card: 5-7 business days (may appear on next billing cycle)

5. Partial Refunds

In cases where partial work has been completed, we may offer partial refunds based on:

6. Digital Products Policy

Important: Once digital products or services are delivered (websites, designs, code, etc.), refunds are not applicable as the work has been completed and delivered to the client.

8. Chargeback Policy
